1.What is visit charge?

Visit charge is a minimal amount a service provider charges for the time / energy he spent to help you with your issue.

2.I do not want to use my credit card online , can pay cash ?

Yes , you can pay cash after the service .

3.The offer i saw last week expired , can i get the same offer now ?

At Frepair the offer will changes on a regular basis , you might need to just wait for the next best offer for you.

4.I need a plumber to let know how much would it be to fix my drain , How much will i pay ?

In this case the plumber needs to take a look at the problem and tell you how much would it cost you . The Visit charges are applicable in this case if you just want to get it inspected .

5.I paid visit charges online , and got my product fixed and paid after the service again . Will i get my visit charges?

The price will be adjusted in the total bill.

6.Will i pay Taxes ?

Yes , frepair abides to the rules and regulation laid by the government of India and takes no exception on taxes.

7.Will i pay any additional charges for the offers i choose ?

I mainly depends on the condition of the product for which you choose the offer. Ex - If you chose bike servicing offer and your bike's condition needs more than just a regular servicing you will be informed well in advance by the service provider , based on your response they will do the needful.

8.What is Frepair Amc ?

Frepair Amc( Annual Maintanance Contract) is a contract you can signup with the service providers , where in your product will be under a regular maintenance with the service provider. Note - The Maintenance will with either Just Service (or) Hardware and services.

9.I dont see the service i need?

You can select the most relevant service and in the comments box type the issue you are facing with the problem.

10.Why should i pay visit charges.

Visit charges are applicable because the service provider has sent his time to visit your place and help you identify the issue.

11.How do i book a service?

Select the service you want to get ( Ex - byke repair ) , choose from the list of trusted service providers. You will see book now option , click on it . Note - you can choose to pay online or cash on delivery.

12.I am unable to login to my account

14.I want to change my delivery address / mobile number

Any major change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us.
